Check-in time 3:00 p.m, check-out time 1:00.p.m. No check-ins before 11:00 a.m. No check ins after 8:00 p.m. There is an early arrival fee. There is a $10.00 late stay fee. Discounts are not available for off season or holiday rates. Holiday rates must be paid in full and in advance.

There will be a fee of $6.00 for campers bringing a boat. Fee will be applied to the cost of maintenance of our lake.

We do adhere to a strict 10 day cancellation policy. Cancellations or no-shows without a 10 day’s notice will forfeit the deposit. Late arrivals or early departures due to inclement weather or other reasons will forfeit the deposit. There will be a $15.00 processing fee for all cancellations regardless of reason or notice.

Cable T.V rates $2.95 per night, cable per weekend $4.95. Boat and canoe rentals-$6.00 per hour. Boat docks, when available, $10.00 per day. Boat docks and canoe/boat rentals for campers only. Boat launch use for outsiders $13.00. Seasonal rates available upon request.
